Job description

Spirit HR is seeking impactful sales professionals with proven sales track records who are self-motivated, results-driven, understand the needs of small business owners and thrive on helping those businesses succeed.

 

We are looking for:

  • 3-5 years selling business-to-business; PEO, Payroll, Benefits or HR Outsourcing experience preferred
  • Relationship-based/consultative sales experience
  • Ability to reach and influence decision makers; owners, Presidents, CFOs, HR Directors
  • Local marketing experience, lead generation, prospecting and networking
  • Strong written and oral business communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and education
  • Experience as a business owner a plus

Responsibilities

  • Actively identify and cultivate new prospects
  • Generate sales leads through cold calling and networking
  • Present PEO products and services to C-level executives and business owners
  • Act as trusted advisor to communicate the value proposition of PEO services
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
  • Continually increase PEO industry knowledge
  • Manage daily activity in sales automation system

Requirements
