As an accomplished executive for a national Professional Employer Organization (PEO) for more than 20 years, Marilyn amassed extensive expertise and technical knowledge in human resources, benefits, payroll and operations. A founding executive of Accord Human Resources, she balanced the demands of managing operations of a thriving organization with leading a team of professionals providing expert guidance, payroll, benefits and HR expertise to hundreds of clients.

As President and COO of Spirit HR, Marilyn is driven by an entrepreneurial spirit which gives her unique insight into the needs of her clients, as well as a passion for improving the employment experience through superior outsourced HR solutions. This combination of commitment and insight is the spirit behind Spirit Human Resources.

Marilyn’s claim to fame is that she has seen every sunrise in the past 10 years. Sleeping in is not among her strengths. Up before 5 for a quick work out and then in the office with a cup of tea, ready to tackle any issues that come her way.
