He credits his foundation in accounting – the understanding of processes, workflows, and financial statements – for his ability to customize HR solutions for clients with a tangible ROI.
Early in his HR Outsourcing career, Ned recognized the value of local, personal relationships as a competitive advantage versus larger, national providers. He believes HR solutions are most effective when professional expertise and technology are combined with the intimate knowledge of a clients’ people, process, goals, and objectives.
As Spirit HR’s Vice President of Sales, he manages a team of solution-oriented business consultants charged with expanding our impact in the business community.
Ned waits each year for the groundhog to predict Spring so he can plan out his golf excursions, but more often than not his time is spent indoors watching his daughters play volleyball.
