Dale Hageman

Throughout his career, Dale Hageman has helped businesses grow and succeed. Dale’s passion and innovative business strategies have enabled owners to focus on doing what they love – running their companies. Dale saw an opportunity to improve the employment experience for business owners, and in 1992, he founded Accord Human Resources. Under Dale’s leadership, Accord grew from a small office with four employees to a thriving multi-state Professional Employer Organization (PEO).

Dale held fast to his entrepreneurial roots, developing services and solutions that helped small businesses succeed. Dale brings this same commitment to helping business owners be successful to Spirit HR, empowering and enabling this success through Spirit’s outsourced HR services.

Although he’s a cornhusker through and through, he calls Norman home when he isn’t traveling. He remains famous for dressing up as Austin Powers so convincingly that his staff did a few double takes.
