Spirit HR Announces Strategic Leadership Appointments to Support Next Phase of Growth

As we prepare for Spirit HR’s next chapter, we are excited to announce a series of leadership transitions designed to align our organization for continued growth, operational excellence, and an even deeper commitment to our clients and team.

These changes reflect not only the remarkable internal talent we have developed, but also our long-term commitment to building a company where culture, service, and performance work in harmony.

Dale Hageman Transitions to Executive Chairman

Company founder Dale Hageman has assumed the role of Executive Chairman of the Board, where he will focus on guiding Spirit HR’s long-term strategy and supporting the leadership team. Dale’s decades of experience — including his earlier success with Accord HR — will continue to be a critical asset as we grow Spirit HR with integrity, heart, and financial discipline.

“Our future is in great hands,” said Dale. “We’ve built a team that’s not only talented but deeply committed to doing the right thing. I’m proud to continue supporting the company as Executive Chairman.”

Adam Graham Promoted to Chief Executive Officer

Adam Graham, who has served as Chief Revenue Officer since joining Spirit HR, has officially been appointed as Chief Executive Officer. With a proven track record in scaling service-driven organizations, Adam brings a strategic focus on growth, innovation, and team development. His leadership has already accelerated our expansion into new markets and deepened relationships with clients and partners across the region.

“It’s an honor to lead such an exceptional team,” said Adam. “We have big ambitions — but our foundation remains simple: we believe in putting employees first and delivering service that clients remember.”

Billy Miller Named President & Chief Operating Officer

Billy Miller, formerly our VP of Technology, has been promoted to President and COO. Billy has led the charge in modernizing Spirit Connect — our proprietary HRIS platform — and will now oversee all day-to-day operations across departments. His cross-functional knowledge, technical background, and team-first mindset make him the perfect fit to drive operational excellence across the organization.

Morgan Wilson Elevated to VP of Insurance & Risk

Morgan Wilson, who has served as Director of Operations and Agency Director, is now Vice President of Insurance & Risk. In her expanded role, Morgan will oversee both Benefits and Risk Management functions, including direct leadership of our licensed insurance team. Her dual licensure in property & casualty and life & health, combined with her operational expertise, will ensure that Spirit clients receive integrated, best-in-class support across the insurance landscape.

Alex Hill Promoted to Director of Sales

After nearly a decade in the PEO industry, Alex Hill has been promoted to Director of Sales. Alex has consistently demonstrated a passion for helping small businesses thrive, and he will now lead Spirit’s business development efforts nationwide. In addition to managing the sales team, Alex will play a key role in refining our go-to-market strategies and nurturing our client-first culture in every interaction.
